Abstract

The method and the apparatus resolves a problem that a low SDCCH access success rate results when a large amount of noise access requests occurs in a network in the prior art. The method of an embodiment of the invention comprises: determining whether the times of stand-alone dedicated control channel SDCCH requests received within a set time length is more than a set threshold value; and if the times of received SDCCH requests is more than the set threshold value, discarding the received SDCCH requests after the times of SDCCH requests reaches the threshold value. The method and the apparatus of the embodiment of the invention resolve a problem that a low SDCCH access success rate results when a large amount of noise access requests occurs in a network in the prior art.
