Embodiment 1

[0028]The soil from the experimental farm in Huajiachi Campus of Zhejiang University was taken and air-dried. The soil was packed in a container with a height of 50 cm and a diameter of 40 cm. Then rooted and well-developed willow seedlings were transplanted into containers and adapted for 2 weeks. All containers were divided into two groups, the bottom of one group of containers was perforated (as a control), and the bottom of the other group of containers was sealed and impermeable (treatment group). The control group was irrigated with eutrophic water to maintain normal field water holding capacity, and the treatment group was also irrigated with eutrophic water, but maintained a 5-10 cm water layer above the soil (that is, flooding treatment). The treatment lasted for 2 months, and then the plants were harvested to measure the changes in biomass and nutrient content.

[0029] The results are as follows (Table 1): Flooding significantly reduced the biomass of willow bark,...

Embodiment 2

[0032] see figure 1 The container for cultivating willows is a flower pot with a height of 50cm and a diameter of 40cm. The interior is filled with peat and vermiculite with a volume ratio of 1:1. The cultivated willow seedlings are transplanted into the container. After a period of growth and adaptation, the height of the transplant is 40cm. The volume is 40L in a plastic blue basket. The treated water was taken from the pond of Huajiachi Campus of Zhejiang University. The initial index: ammonium nitrogen was 5.95 mg / L, nitrate nitrogen was 4.91 mg / L, total nitrogen was 25.19 mg / L, and total phosphorus was 5.07 mg / L. Put 6 pots of container willows in plastic blue baskets. The domestic sewage is injected into the plastic basket, and the depth of flooding the container is 40cm. Water quality analysis was carried out at intervals for a total of 21 days. See Table 2 for the results.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for purifying eutrophic water by employing a willow partial flooding method. The method comprises the steps as follows: salix integra and salix suchowensis are transplanted into a container with holes in the bottom after seedlings grow; salix saposhnikovii in the container are arranged into eutrophic water after growth adaptation; the salix saposhnikovii part in the container is drowned; a part of the salix saposhnikovii is exposed above water; a part of drowned willow root is sufficient in oxygen supply; a biological membrane is formed by a willow and a medium. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the defects of insufficient oxygen supply, inhibited willow growth, biomass reduction and the like when the willow is completely drowned are avoided. The phytoremediation efficiency is improved, nitrogen and phosphorus can be effectively removed, the water purification efficiency is improved, and the water purification target is achieved. Meanwhile, the above-ground biomass can be harvested, and knitting is performed, so that restoration of the eutrophic water is organically combined with the landscape effect. Therefore, the method has high economic value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water body environment restoration, and relates to a phytoremediation method for eutrophic water bodies, in particular to a method (plant construction method) for purifying eutrophic water bodies by partial flooding of willow trees and its application. Background technique [0002] Eutrophication of water bodies has become a major environmental problem worldwide. With the development of economy and the passage of time, the eutrophication of lakes and rivers in our country is becoming more and more serious. How to effectively control eutrophic water bodies is a practical problem that we must face. There are physical, chemical and biological methods to control the eutrophication of water bodies at present. The physical methods have problems such as high cost and chemical methods are prone to secondary pollution. At present, phytoremediation of eutrophic water bodies has received widespread attention. Phytoremediatio...
