With a neoprene latex as a matrix and with methyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid and N,N-dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate as graft monomers, the amphiphilic polymer chain-containing neoprene latex is prepared by an emulsion graft polymerization reaction. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the amphiphilic polymer chain-containing neoprene latex adhesion agent.
