Problems solved by technology

[0006] However, the material of the RO membrane, especially the polyamide-based polymer RO membrane used as a high-performance RO membrane, has the problem that it is easily deteriorated by high-concentration sodium hypochlorite.

Embodiment Construction

[0054] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the following description.

[0055] figure 1 A schematic configuration diagram illustrating an example of the water treatment device of the present invention is shown. Sewage (organic wastewater) such as domestic wastewater is supplied to a biological treatment device 2 (pretreatment device) via a path 1 for pretreatment. A specific example of the biological treatment device 2 is an activated sludge tank or a sand filter tank. Organic matter contained in sewage is aerobically decomposed by microorganisms by the biological treatment device 2 . When the biological treatment device 2 is an activated sludge tank, excess sludge is appropriately discharged to the outside from the path 16 .

[0056] The pretreated water pretreated by the biological treatment device 2 is supplied to the water storage tank 7 through the path 3 and stored. ...

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to prevent biofouling of a reverse osmosis membrane in a water treatment device whereby biologically treated water containing ammonia nitrogen is treated using a reverse osmosis membrane unit. In the treatment device and treatment method according to the present invention, a chlorine-based chemical such as sodium hypochlorite is added to biologically treated water containing ammonia nitrogen and the ammonia nitrogen is allowed to react with the chlorine-based chemical at least for 3 minutes in a water tank. Thus, chloramines are formed in the biologically treated water to give an effective chlorine concentration of 2 ppm or higher and the chloramine-containing biologically treated water is supplied to the reverse osmosis membrane unit.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a water treatment device and a water treatment method capable of preventing RO membranes at low cost as a water treatment device and a water treatment method that perform membrane treatment using a reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) device after biologically treating organic wastewater such as sewage or industrial wastewater. Bio-fouling (biological degradation) water treatment device and water treatment method. Background technique [0002] A common treatment method for wastewater containing organic substances (organic wastewater) such as sewage or industrial wastewater is to decompose the contained organic substances by biological treatment such as the activated sludge method. In the existing activated sludge method, the treated water after biological treatment as a solid-liquid separation means is usually subjected to sedimentation treatment in the final sedimentation tank, but in recent years, the method of usin...
