Abstract

Provided is a motor rotor which comprises a rotating shaft, and an iron core and a commutator which are fixed on the rotating shaft. The commutator and the iron core are adjacently arranged along the rotating shaft. The commutator comprises multiple fixing pins. The iron core comprises a shaft hole which is used for assembling the rotating shaft. The periphery of the rotating hole is also provided with multiple fixing holes. The fixing pins of the commutator are coordinated with the fixing holes of the iron core. The iron core comprises n pole teeth, wherein n is an integer which is greater than 3. Each fixing hole is corresponding to one pole tooth in a radial direction of the rotor. Each pole tooth which is corresponding to the fixing hole is provided with an identification groove which is used for judging position of the fixing holes during assembling of the commutator. The motor rotor is provided with the identification grooves, and judgment of the position of the fixing holes in the iron core is facilitated for an operator during assembling of the commutator so that precise positioning of the commutator and the iron core is realized, and a situation of damage to the commutator caused by improper assembling is avoided. The invention also provides a motor with the rotor.
