Abstract

The invention discloses a composite chemical agent, which is prepared from a chelating agent nitrilotriacetic acid and a surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate, wherein the molar ratio of the chelating agent nitrilotriacetic acid to the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate is 5-15 mmol.kg<-1> nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) to 1 mmol.kg<-1> sodium dodecyl sulfate. On the basis of an optimal experiment, the growth of festuca arundinacea in sewage irrigation area soil is regulated and controlled by combination of the NTA and the surfactant. An experiment proves that the method for improving festuca arundinacea growth in the sewage irrigation area soil by using the composite chemical agent can be applied to reduction of the toxicity of the festuca arundinacea caused by heavy metal. The method has positive meaning on production of carpet grass in the sewage irrigation area soil.
