The method comprises that: a base station receives a measurement task issued by a management system, wherein the measurement task is used for indicating to perform statistics on measurement items of switching of UE (user equipment) among base stations and on the at least one of the measurement items under an MRN (mobile relay node), wherein the measurement items under the MRN are: switching of MEN among the base stations and switching of MRN in the base station; and the base station perform statistics on the measurement items indicated by the measurement task. This invention solves the problems that the switching of UE among the stations or in the station is inaccurate and thus the user experience evaluation has errors in the prior art, realizes statistics on the switching of the MRN and improves the accuracy of the statistics on the switching of UE.
