A hinge and an electronic device provided with the hinge, wherein the hinge includes a rotating shaft piece, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, an adjusting piece, and an elastic element. The first connecting part is connected with the rotating shaft part; the second connecting part is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft part. The adjusting part is movably arranged on one end of the rotating shaft part. When the first connecting part rotates, the rotating shaft part rotates correspondingly, and the adjusting part moves along the axial direction of the rotating shaft part, so that the adjusting part has a first position and a second position relative to the rotating shaft part. The elastic element is located between the second connecting piece and the adjusting piece, wherein when the adjusting piece is in the first position, the elastic element is in a relaxed state.
