Abstract

The invention provides an LED driving method and circuit and an output current ripple controller of the LED driving circuit. The controller comprises a linear constant current control circuit and a constant voltage control circuit. The linear constant current control circuit is connected between the output end of a power switch and an LED load in series and provides current for the LED load, and the current has the preset current value. The first input end of the constant voltage control circuit receives a first reference voltage, the second input end of the constant voltage control circuit is connected with the output end of the power switch to receive an output ripple voltage, the constant voltage control circuit compares the output ripple voltage with the first reference voltage and generates a driving signal according to the comparison result, and the driving signal is used for controlling the power switch to be turned on and off, so that the average value of the output ripple voltage is equal to the first reference voltage.
