Problems solved by technology

[0006] At present, there is no report on whether glycerol can induce the resistance of wheat powdery mildew, and the above-mentioned prior art is only a mechanism research test carried out in the laboratory, and further exploration is needed to widely apply it in actual production

Embodiment 1

[0022] Example 1 Glycerol Germinated Wheat Seeds Increase Wheat Resistance to Powdery Mildew

[0023] The wheat variety used is Xue Zao, which is highly susceptible to powdery mildew. Use 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3% concentration of glycerin to germinate wheat seeds respectively. The germination method is the germination paper germination method, that is, put the seeds on the germination paper in the petri dish , apply an appropriate amount of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, and 3% concentration of glycerol respectively to ensure the germination of wheat, and observe the effect of glycerol treatment on wheat germination after germinating at room temperature for 5 days ( See figure 1 ), then planted in the nutrient soil to grow for two days, then received powdery mildew, and observed the infection status of each treatment and control after 5 days of inoculation (see figure 2 ).

[0024] The results show that glycerol can inhibit wheat germination (see figure 1 ), but wi...

Embodiment 2

[0025] The effect of embodiment 2 different concentrations of glycerol on the shoot length of wheat germination, root length and germination rate.

[0026] Under different concentrations of glycerin, use Xue Zao to germinate, and after standing at room temperature for 5 days, count the shoot length, root length and germination rate of each treatment and contrast (see Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 ), the result shows: along with the increase of the concentration of glycerol, the shoot length and the root length gradually decrease, and the germination rate is significantly reduced at 3% glycerol concentration, so when reaching the concentration of disease resistance, the effect of glycerin on wheat germination should be taken into account. The above adverse effects, comprehensive consideration, germination with 2.5% concentration of glycerol is a better concentration. Abstract

The invention provides a method for inducing the powdery mildew resistance of wheat. The method is concretely characterized in that an aqueous glycerin solution with the glycerin concentration of 2.5-3% is used to geminate wheat seeds. Glycerin germination of wheat seeds can induce the powdery mildew resistance of g wheat, and is nontoxic and innocuous to human bodies and the environment; and the germination using the glycerin with the concentration of 2.5% can obviously improve the powdery mildew resistance of wheat, and provides a new idea for preparing a wheat seed dressing processing additive.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for inducing plant resistance, in particular to a method for inducing resistance to wheat powdery mildew. Background technique [0002] Wheat (Triticum aestivum) is one of the most important food crops in the world, and about 40% of people in the world use wheat as a staple food. In my country, wheat is the second largest ration crop. The annual sown area and output account for about 25% and 22% of the total grain respectively. Wheat output and quality are directly related to national food security and people's living standards. [0003] Wheat powdery mildew is a worldwide wheat disease. With the popularization of dwarf and semi-dwarf wheat varieties and the improvement of water and fertilizer conditions, the increase of planting density has resulted in closed canopy of wheat fields, making the damage caused by powdery mildew in my country more and more serious, and the area and scope of the disease have continued to ...
