The preparation method comprises that firstly the chitosan-folic acid-surfactant modified nano magnetic particles are added into donkey-hide gelatine about to be flagged, uniform mixing is carried out, and then flagging is carried out, so that the targeted nano magnetic donkey-hide gelatine is obtained. The targeted nano magnetic donkey-hide gelatine can be used for reducing chemoradiotherapy reaction in tumour therapy, reducing toxic and side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs, improving tolerance and living quality of patients, prolonging meso-position survival time and the total survival time of the patients and improving immunity of people.
