Abstract

The invention provides a stereo distance measuring method and system. The method mainly comprises the following steps: providing at least one light ray group forming a projecting plane so as to realize projection onto the surface of a to-be-measured object, wherein the light ray group includes a plurality of light beam lines which are respectively emitted according to a preset first path function and parallely emitted along a straight line onto the surface of the to-be-measured object to form measurement points; allowing light beam lines of the light ray group reflected by the surface of the to-be-measured object to pass through the focus of a focusing element and to form a sensing image on a photosensitive memory element; acquiring a corresponding second path function according to the imaging position of every light beam line on the photosensitive memory element and the position of the focus of the focusing element; and calculating the position of each intersection point corresponding to the first path function and the second path function so as to obtain the spatial positions of the measurement points of the to-be-measured object.
