The safety interlocking device comprises a protective cover, a drive shaft, a sliding switch and a signal module; the drive shaft is used for controlling on and off of the disconnector fuse set; the drive shaft is provided with a limiting hole; the sliding switch comprises a limiting rod; a switch of the protective cover controls on and off of the signal module; the signal module is on or off so that the limiting rod of the sliding switch is inserted into the limiting hole to lock the drive shaft at a disconnection position or that the limiting rod is removed from the limiting hole to unlock the drive shaft. The invention further provides the disconnector fuse set comprising a contact module, a drive module and the safety interlocking device. The protective cover of the safety interlocking device is arranged on the contact module; the drive shaft of the safety interlocking device is arranged in the drive module and used for controlling on and off of the contact module.
