The method comprises the steps that different crankshaft rotational speeds of an engine and the starting drag torque at a coolant temperature are obtained through experiments; according to the starting control requirements of the engine, a target angular acceleration function of the starting process is determined, accelerating resistance moment is calculated, and control over the rotational speed and the starting time of the engine in the starting process is achieved; the actual angular acceleration of the engine is calculated according to change of the actual crankshaft rotational speed of the engine, and compensation torque is determined according to the difference between the actual angular acceleration and the target angular acceleration of the engine; the starting drag torque, the accelerating resistance moment and the compensation torque are added to obtain the indicated torque required by starting; the required indicated torque is converted into the fuel jet quantity according to indication efficiency.
