The liquid damping shock absorber comprises a connecting bolt, a main rubber spring, two throttling disks, a metal shell, an inertia channel, a decoupling disk, a rubber base membrane, and a connecting seat which is embedded in the upper part of the main rubber spring, wherein the main rubber spring is connected with the upper end of the metal shell; the main rubber spring and the metal shell form a closed liquid chamber; the connecting bolt is fixedly connected with the connecting seat; the throttling disks are positioned in the closed liquid chamber and fixedly connected with one end of the connecting bolt; the inertia channel is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the metal shell and positioned below the throttling disks; the decoupling disk is positioned in the inertia channel; the rubber base membrane is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the metal shell and positioned below the inertia channel.
