Abstract

The invention also discloses a composition having a stable drawing effect; the composition contains a divalent manganese compound and a drawing agent; the drawing agent is a polyethylene glycol or polyoxyethylene polymer. Preferably, the composition is composed of a compound containing the manganese element, the polyoxyethylene polymer, a polyhydric alcohol and deionized water, and can be used for preparing products having a stable drawing form such as an astringent, an emulsion, a cream and a mask.
