The ring cutting device structurally comprises a positioning pin and a ring cutter sleeving the positioning needle; a ring-shaped handle of which the diameter is larger than that of a needle rod is arranged at the upper end of the cylindrical straight shank needle rod so as to form the positioning needle; a conical needle head is arranged at the lower end of the needle rod; the needle tip of the needle head is positioned at the axial center line of the needle rod; a prismatic rotary handle extending out from the outer side wall of a needle cylinder is arranged at the upper end of the cylindrical cutter cylinder so as to form the ring cutter, and the lower end of the needle cylinder is a tapered circular cutting edge. The ring cutting device provided by the invention can cut gingival tissues circularly in a dental implantation process, is used in a second phase of dental implantation surgery, can cut gingivae on the surface of an implant in a ring manner to expose cover screws of the implant, so as to replace a gingival healing abutment.
