Abstract

The invention discloses a solvent refining method in a technology for recovering maleic anhydride from an organic solvent. The method comprises the following steps: (1) desorbing to obtain maleic anhydride through a desorber and then feeding the residual organic solvent into an alkaline solvent washer; (2) controlling the concentration of alkaline liquor to be 0.05-0.5mol / L and the temperature to be 30-50 DEG C; (3) feeding the organic solvent which is processed in the alkaline solvent washer into an acid solvent washer, wherein the concentration of acid liquid is 0.05-0.1mol / L and the temperature is 10-20 DEG C; (4) feeding the organic solvent which is processed through the acid solvent washer to a water washer, wherein the water washing temperature is a room temperature; and (5) processing the organic solvent which is processed through the water washer in a drying tower, and then feeding to an absorber for recycling. The solvent refining method in the technology for recovering the maleic anhydride from the organic solvent is simple, convenient and practical; most of by-products can be effectively removed; equipment is prevented from being blocked; the service life of the equipment is prolonged; meanwhile, addition of a novel solvent can be reduced; and the production cost is reduced.
