Abstract

The upper cover flange fits the lower cover flange hermetically when the upper cover and the bottom box are in seal fit. A through hole is formed in the lower cover flange. A silicon funnel casing (4) is fixedly arranged in the through hole via a rubber seal (5). A heat conducting fin is arranged in the middle of the lower end face of the bottom box. An air inlet is formed in the sidewall of the small cavity. An air outlet is formed in the upper cover. The large-diameter end of the silicon funnel casing is inserted into a space between an inner annular flange and an outer annular flange to be in interference fit with the inner annular flange and the outer annular flange.
