Abstract

The invention discloses an interactive signal processing method and an interactive signal processing device, belonging to the field of communication. The interactive signal processing method comprises the following steps: establishing a plurality of processes in advance, wherein each process corresponds to one television programme; determining the process corresponding to the television programme while receiving an interactive signal sent by one terminal participating in a certain television programme every time; and transmitting the interactive signal to a server by using the process, so that the server processes the interactive signal. The interactive signal processing device comprises an establishing module, a determining module and a transmission module. According to the invention, correction transmission of interactive information is ensured; effective guarantee is provided for the terminal to participate in interaction of the television programme; and thus, user experience is improved.
