Abstract

The invention discloses a capacitance sensor and a capacitive sensing device. The capacitance sensor comprises sensing electrodes and differential pair transistors. The sensing electrodes can be coupled to a target object in a capacitance mode and used for loading reference signals. The differential pair transistors are used for responding to the reference signal change caused when the target object is close to or touches the sensing electrodes and correspondingly generating two different second alternating current signals. Sensing signals output by the capacitive sensor are stable. The capacitive sensing device with the capacitive sensor is high in sensing accuracy.
