The invention discloses a capacitive sensor, a sensing device, a sensing system and an electronic device. The capacitive sensor comprises multiple sensing units. The sensing units comprise sensing electrodes and sensing circuits. The sensing electrodes can be coupled to a target object in a capacitance mode and used for loading reference signals. The sensing circuits comprise differential pair transistors and first switching units. The differential pair transistors are connected with a current source through the first switching units. The first switching units are used for controlling whether current transmission exists between the differential pair transistors and the current source or not. The differential pair transistors are relevant to the sensing electrodes and used for responding to the reference signal change caused when the target object is close to or touches the sensing electrodes and correspondingly generating two different second alternating current signals. Sensing signals output by the capacitive sensor are stable. The sensing device and the sensing system with the capacitive sensor are high in sensing accuracy. The electronic device with the sensing device or the sensing system is good in user experience.
