Abstract

The specific steps of the invention are as follows: (1) acquisition of projection data; (2) reconstruction of CT image after beam hardening correction; (3) calculation of two-dimensional PSF; (4) image restoration; (5) geometric dimension measurement. Compared with the prior art, the image restoration-based industrial CT geometric dimension measurement method of the present invention has the following advantages: the fuzzy degradation effect of the CT image restored by the inventive method can be effectively suppressed, and a better geometric dimension can be obtained measurement accuracy.
