Abstract

The invention discloses a penis acellular tissue substitution thickening method, which comprises the following steps of (1) incision: under the local anaesthesia, performing circumcision in a position being about 1cm away from the corona of glans penis, sequentially incising shallow and deep fascia to the albuginea surface layer, performing downward stripping till the base of the penis, and stripping off the prepuce of the penis; (2) acellular tissue substitution: suturing and fixing a prepared medical acellular tissue substitution sheet onto the surface of the penis albuginea layer surface, wherein the two sides of the medical acellular tissue substitution sheet reach the canal between the corpus cavernosum and the corpus spongiosum; and (3) hemostatic suture: performing interrupted suture on the albuginea and the deep fascia by a thin catgut after the hemostasis; suturing the skin incision by an intradermic suture method; and performing slightly pressing bandaging and fixation. The method has the advantages that a cell treatment technology is used for making thickening materials; repelling phenomena are avoided; and meanwhile, new extracellular matrix ingredients are secreted, so that autologous tissues are formed. Therefore no foreign body sensation exists after the operation; the operation trace cannot be seen; the appearance is natural; the hand feeling is real; and the thickening effect is obvious.
