A receiving and displaying device is used for receiving sound signals through the water sound channel, transmitting the sound signals into electric signals, processing the electric signals and displaying the frequency information of vortex-induced vibration. When the suspended span does not generate vortex-induced vibration, data transmission is not performed, and the vortex-induced vibration monitoring center keeps silent.
