The air outlet device comprises a supporting part, a guide part, an air outlet part, a rotation driving part and a lifting part, wherein the supporting part is provided with a first arc guide groove facing upwards; the guide part is connected with the supporting part and is provided with a second arc guide groove which corresponds to the first arc guide groove and faces the lower side; the air outlet part is provided with an air outlet, and is positioned above the supporting part; the rotation driving part is connected between the guide part and the air outlet part, or between the supporting part and the air outlet part; the rotation driving part is provided with at least two rolling wheel that are oppositely arranged; one rolling wheel is positioned in the first arc guide groove; the other rolling wheel is positioned in the second arc guide groove; the rotation driving part drives the air outlet to conduct rotation air sweeping; and the lifting part is arranged on the supporting part, is connected with the air outlet part, and drives the air outlet part to move up and down to allow the air outlet to be provided with a first position during closing or a second position during opening.
