Abstract

The invention solves a problem that a conventional sectioning method is difficult to obtain the residual stress of a steel member accurately, and discloses a straightening measurement method for measuring the residual stress of a bent strip through a sectioning method. A measuring platform made of marble and a plurality of C-shaped clamps are prepared firstly, wherein the measuring platform comprises a substrate part and a flange part. The upper surface of the substrate is a horizontal plane A. The flange part is a cuboid-shaped strip block which extends on the horizontal plane A. A side surface of the flange part is perpendicular to the horizontal plane A, and is marked as a vertical plane B. The method comprises the steps: placing a cut steel bar on the horizontal plane A in a process of measuring the longitudinal residual stress of the steel member through employing the sectioning method, and enabling one side of a steel bar to be close to the vertical plane B; clamping the steel bar and the substrate part and the flange part through employing the plurality of C-shaped clamps, and measuring the scale distance L of the steel bar; and enabling the measured scale distance L to serve as the basis for calculating the longitudinal residual stress of the steel member.
