A formula of the bioplastic comprises 94.5-98.8% of polylactic acid (with the melt flow rate at 190 DEG C/2.16 kg being 5 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min), 1-5% of an initiator and 0.1-0.5% of an assistant additive. The bioplastic is prepared by 1) weighing raw materials according to the formula, 2) adding the weighed raw materials into a high-speed mixer, and performing dry mixing, and 3) feeding the mixed raw materials into a twin-screw extruder, melting, extruding and granulating to obtain a product. By adoption of the technical scheme, the product is biodegradable, forming and processing of the product are stable and reliable because of the high-fluidity PLA, performance and quality of the product are improved, degradation of the product after the product is abandoned is rapid and free of pollution, and the bioplastic is environmental friendly, low in production cost, simple in process and easy in popularization and application.
