The invention discloses a touch panel and a touch display panel.The touch display panel comprises a display layer and the touch panel. The touch panel comprises a substrate having a display area and a shielding area, a black matrix and a touch transparent electrode layer. The shielding area surrounds the display area. The black matrix is arranged above the shielding area. The touch transparent electrode layer is arranged on the display area of the substrate. The part of the touch transparent electrode layer extends above the black matrix. The touch transparent electrode layer comprises multiple electrode patterns comprising multiple first appearance electrode patterns located in the shielding area. The shapes of the multiple first appearance electrode patterns are polygons having fillets.
