A preparation method for the pterocephalus hookeri heck extract and the potamogeton distinctus extract comprises the following steps: performing hot reflux extraction on dry pterocephalus hookeri heck and potamogeton distinctus with ethanol, combining filtrate, and performing concentration until ethanol smell disappears to obtain an ethanol extract concentrate; diluting the ethanol extract concentrate with water, and performing extraction sequentially with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water-saturated butanol; dissolving butanol extract in water, performing filtration, enriching active ingredients in filtrate with macroporous resin, and performing spray drying.
