Abstract

A seat assembly is provided that includes a seat cover having a base panel with a rearward facing surface and opposing first and second lateral ends. The seat cover has a first panel secured to and at least partially covering the base panel. The first panel has a first free end defining a first pocket that is open towards the first lateral end. The seat cover also includes a retention member secured to the base panel and at least partially covering the base panel. The retaining member is laterally spaced on the base panel from the first panel and is configured with a free intermediate portion that is selectively liftable away from the base panel. The free intermediate portion is aligned with the first pocket for retaining objects between the first panel and the retaining member.
