Abstract

The invention provides an air purifying filter net having formaldehyde-removing and antimicrobial functions. The filter net comprises a paper honeycomb carrier on which a chemical reagent is arranged, wherein the chemical regent is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 12 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 70 parts of TiO2, 12 parts of wood carbon powder and 6 parts of photocatalyst powder. A preparation method of the chemical reagent comprises the following steps: putting the 12 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol into a container first; then adding the 70 parts of TiO2, the 12 parts of wood carbon powder and the 6 parts of photocatalyst powder inside the container, and uniformly stirring, wherein the specification of the wood carbon powder is 200 meshes and the specification of the photocatalyst is 20nm. The invention further provides a preparation method of the filter net. The air purifying filter net has the formaldehyde-removing and antimicrobial capabilities, and is non-toxic in use, high in safety, good in stability, fast to take effect, low in maintenance cost and low in energy consumption. After testing, the filter net provided by the invention can adsorb 94.7 percent of formaldehyde and achieve an antimicrobial effect of 99.85 percent.
