Abstract

The invention discloses a photoacoustic imaging device based on graphene and an imaging method of the photoacoustic imaging device. A photoacoustic imaging probe of the photoacoustic imaging device is manufactured by adhering a graphene membrane onto the surface of a prism; the upper surface of the graphene membrane is adhered to a water tank for containing water; an imaging sample is placed in the water tank; detection light is focused to the imaging sample in the direction of a total reflection angle, and the imaging sample is excited by exciting light to generate a photoacoustic signal; the graphene membrane has a light polarization absorption characteristic, a balance detector is adopted to receive polarized light s and polarized light p which are modulated by the photoacoustic signal after being reflected. By adopting an action mode that graphene has different reflection rates to two polarized light near the total reflection angle, wide-band photoacoustic signals which cannot be detected by a conventional ultrasonic transducer can be detected; the photoacoustic imaging device is simple in system and convenient to minimize, and rapid photoacoustic imaging of a large-scale sample can be conveniently achieved through an integration array.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to photoacoustic imaging technology, in particular to a graphene-based photoacoustic imaging device and an imaging method thereof. Background technique [0002] Photoacoustic imaging is a new non-invasive and non-ionizing biomedical imaging method developed in recent years. It provides an important means for studying the morphological structure, physiological characteristics, pathological characteristics, and metabolic functions of biological tissues, and is especially suitable for early detection and treatment monitoring of cancer. The current photoacoustic imaging technology is mostly used in scientific research and has become a rapidly developing research field. Today, photoacoustic technology is gradually moving from the microscopic laboratory stage to the macroscopic clinical practice stage. At present, the method of detecting photoacoustic signals is mainly to use ultrasonic transducers for detection. The ultrasonic detecti...
