Disclosed is an intelligent community management system. A community comprises a plurality of residence houses. The intelligent community management system comprises a plurality of householder cards, a plurality of resident host devices, and an intelligent building server. The householder cards each store therein identification information and an electronic account corresponding to the identification information. The resident host devices are respectively set up in the residence houses and the resident host device of each residence house corresponds to at least one householder card and is capable of recognizing the identification information of the corresponding householder card and may, after having recognized the identification information, conduct a deduction operation from the electronic account of the householder card for chargeable services provided thereto and generate deduction information associated with the identification information and the chargeable services.
