Embodiment Construction

[0049] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to embodiments and drawings.

[0050] The present invention is a qualitative detection method of Sudan Red, an illegal additive in feed ingredients. The suspicious area is initially screened through microscopic image processing, and the detection range is narrowed. The Raman spectrum of the suspicious area is detected by a microscopic Raman imaging spectrometer. Preprocessing is performed to obtain training samples, and the category-sensitive IVISSA method is used for band selection. This method can effectively select characteristic peaks with large differences between Sudan and other components and improve detection efficiency and accuracy. Then take the average spectrum of each training sample as the spectrum matching standard library. Finally, collect the Raman microscopic spectra of the unk...

Abstract

The invention discloses a qualitative detection method for an illegal ingredient, i.e., Sudan red, in raw materials of feeds. According to the method, suspected areas are primarily screened through microscopic image processing, so a detection scope is reduced; then a microscopic Raman imaging spectrometer is used for detecting the Raman spectra of the suspected areas, the spectra are pretreated so as to obtain training samples, an IVISSA method sensitive to classes is used for waveband selection, and the IVISSA method can select characteristic peaks of Sudan red substantially different from characteristic peaks of other components, which enables detection efficiency and accuracy to be improved; the average spectrum of each training sample is taken and incorporated into a standard spectrum matching database; and the microscopic Raman spectrum of an unknown sample is acquired according to coordinates of detection points obtained in primary image election, then same spectral pretreatment is carried out, and a same wavelength variable is chose for one-to-one matching with each spectrum in the standard spectrum matching database according to a feature enhanced spectral angle matching method so as to determine whether the unknown sample contains Sudan red or not. The qualitative detection method has the advantages of rapid detection, good stability, and lower false positive rate and detection limits.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of feed safety analysis in agriculture, in particular to a qualitative detection method of Sudan red, an illegal additive in feed materials. Background technique [0002] At present, as one of the largest producers of livestock and poultry breeding in the world, my country's livestock and poultry food safety situation is relatively severe, and food safety incidents are emerging one after another. Food safety is closely related to the health of all human beings. As animal feed is the source and key link of animal food safety, its nutritional value and safety have also attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. In recent years, some illegal companies have incorporated the industrial dye Sudan Red into poultry feed materials to make the products have a brighter appearance, easy to sell, reduce costs, and seek profits. Sudan red contains azo in its chemical structure, and the nature of this structure ...
