Problems solved by technology

This caching strategy is very inefficient
In addition, the existing caching methods based on fixed networks are not suitable for adaptive streaming media services on mobile CCN. The characteristics of the technology do not match; secondly, in order to improve the distribution efficiency of different SVC layered data packets of the same content in the mobile environment, the transmission priority of the layers is not considered, and the data packets of the base layer and the low-quality enhancement layer data packets should be compared to the provided High-quality enhancement layer packets have higher transmission priority in highly dynamic mobile networks

Embodiment Construction

[0032] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the implementation manner of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. figure 1 The flow chart of realizing content caching in the present invention is described. figure 2 A schematic diagram of an application scenario in a mobile CCN network is shown.

[0033] Specific steps are as follows:

[0034] Step 1, see image 3 , the user represented by the mobile node sends an Interest packet, requests the content of the code rate selected by the DASH technology, and expects to obtain the corresponding SVC basic layer and enhancement layer data packets.

[0035] Step 2, the mobile node calculates the content caching potential energy CP of the cached content to other nodes with similar video playback requests through the formula (1).

[0036] Step 3, see Figure 4 , the mobile node needs to maintain a content...

Abstract

The invention discloses a caching algorithm of scalable coded adaptive streaming media content in a mobile CCN. The algorithm includes: a method for calculating the potential energy of the layered cache, evaluating the priority of caching a data packet of an SVC layered content; the cache information table CPVT records cache decision-related information, and the nodes cooperate to maintain and update it; After the data packets broadcast by the one-hop node, the hierarchical cache potential energy of each data packet is calculated according to the CPVT information. If it is higher than the specified threshold, it will be cached, otherwise it will be discarded. The present invention can be used for caching operation of mobile CCN's self-adaptive streaming media service, and actively caches data packets with high SVC layered caching potential within the broadcast range, so that mobile users can obtain nearby SVC layered content that can ensure smooth playback, and improve mobile The user's quality of experience watching a video.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of network technology, in particular to a caching method of scalable coded adaptive streaming media content in a mobile CCN. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, watching online videos on mobile devices such as smart phones has become an important part of people's daily life. However, the traditional fixed bit rate streaming media transmission technology largely limits the efficiency of large-scale mobile streaming media distribution. For this reason, Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH, Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) technology based on HTTP has become a multimedia streaming solution with great development potential. DASH encodes the same content multiple times to generate multiple video streams with different bit rates for users to choose adaptively according to bandwidth and cache conditions. However, this multiple encoding will significantly increase the ...
