Abstract

The invention discloses a proximal humeral fracture air inflation fixer which comprises an oversleeve body, a first airbag cavity, a second airbag cavity and two air nozzles, wherein a first opening in the inner side wall and a second opening in the bottom wall are formed in an inner cavity of the oversleeve body; the first airbag cavity comprises two first front airways arranged on the front side wall, a first rear airway arranged on the rear side wall in a U-shaped manner opening upward and a first outer airway arranged on the outer side wall in a U-shaped manner opening upward; the second airbag cavity comprises a second front airway, two second rear airways and a second outer airway, wherein the side airway on the outer side of the second front airway is clamped between the two first front airways, the side airway on the inner side of the first rear airway is clamped between the two second rear airways, and the second outer airway is reversely fastened with the first outer airway; and one air nozzle is communicated with the first airbag cavity while the other air nozzle is communicated with the second airbag cavity. In the invention, the two airbag cavities work alternately to promote blood circulation of the injured limb, and the swelling subsidence and fracture healing are facilitated; and moreover, the proximal humeral fracture air inflation fixer has the advantages of good fixing effect, little reset loss, convenience in nursing and comfortable feeling of patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to an inflatable fixer for proximal humerus fractures. Background technique [0002] Proximal humerus fractures are defined as fractures that occur at the base of the greater tuberosity of the humerus (the lower edge of which is the surgical neck of the humerus) toward the proximal end, and mainly refer to fractures of the surgical neck of the humerus, with an incidence rate of 5 to 9% in all fractures , women are three times as many as men, and patients with osteoporosis over the age of 60 account for about 75%. The incidence rate of the elderly with osteoporosis is 10%, of which 15% are unstable fractures. Some studies predict that with the aging of the population, the number of patients with osteoporosis will increase, and the incidence rate will quadruple in the middle of this century. There are two main treatment methods for proximal humeral fractures: non-surgical treatment and...
