The present invention discloses a preparation method for a chitosan-based porous scaffold with biological activity. According to the present invention, chitosan and inorganic micro/nanoparticles with biological activities are adopted as raw materials to prepare into slurry; a water-soluble aldehyde polysaccharide polymer is adopted as a cross-linking agent; a Schiff base cross-linking process and a freeze drying method are adopted to prepare a class of chitosan-based composite porous scaffold materials with biological activities, wherein porosities, pore sizes, mechanical properties, degradation performances, and bone conductions/bone inductions and the like can be regulated through the formula and the process conditions. According to the present invention, the porous scaffold provided by the present invention does not adopt harmful chemical cross-linking agents, and can not cause adverse effects to cells; with the cross-linked porous structure and a plurality of hydrophilic groups such as amino, carboxyl, hydroxyl and the like, the porous scaffold has high chemical stability in an aqueous phase with a wide pH range (pH range of 5-9), and has outstanding advantages of softness, high elasticity, swelling ratio of 30 times, and the like; the porous scaffold has advantages of imitation of natural bone extracellular microenvironment in aspects of the porous structure, the chemical composition, the surface chemistry and the like.

The invention relates to a stimuli-responsive composite material made from bacterial nano cellulose as well as a preparation method and application of the stimuli-responsive composite material. A bacterial nano cellulose base material in a hydrogel state is combined with polyelectrolyte macromolecules in an interpenetrating or semi-interpenetrating manner, and then is wholly or partially dehydrated to obtain the composite material. The composite material is high in rehydration and swelling capacities under the condition of a particular Ph, and keeps the characteristics of low swelling capacity and difficulty in rehydration under the condition of an off-design Ph value. The composite material has the characteristics of temperature response; the pore size of network of the composite material can be controlled, and the penetration rate of solute molecules can be controlled to release a drug in a control manner. Meanwhile, the composite material has the characteristics of high strength, high biocompatibility and the like of the bacterial nano cellulose, and can be applied to smart wound dressings, smart drug carriers, sensors, chemical valves and the like. The composite material has the advantages that the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and a good application prospect is achieved.

The invention provides a selective water-blocking, oil-permeable and sand-preventing proppant as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The proppant comprises ceramsite and a hydrophobic and oleophylic resin film coating the surface of the ceramsite, and the selective water-blocking, oil-permeable and sand-preventing proppant comprises loose particles with the dispersion rate larger than or equal to 98%; the particles have the particle size of 0.4-0.8 mm, the sphericity of 0.9-1.0 and the roundness of 0.9-1.0. The selective water-blocking, oil-permeable and sand-preventing proppant can block water in a water-containing oil layer conveniently and effectively and has oil-permeable and sand-preventing functions, so that a large number of underground oil poll resources can be saved. The selective water-blocking, oil-permeable and sand-preventing proppant is applied to water shutoff and sand prevention of oil wells, has sand-producing hollow stratum filling and propping effects of common sand-preventing measures and can well prevent sand; meanwhile, the application process is convenient to operate, simple in technology and high in water-blocking and sand-preventing success rate, causes no pollution to the stratums and does not affect the permeability of the stratums.
