This invention relates to the field of
medical device technology. To address the problems of existing
ankle compression braces that cannot switch between cold and hot compress
modes and cannot dynamically adjust according to the reduction of
foot swelling, this invention proposes a compression patch brace for treating
ankle sprains. The brace includes: a foot plate with an adjustment groove; a support plate
assembly slidably positioned above the foot plate; and a patch structure embedded inside the support plate
assembly, comprising a dorsum-of-the-foot
airbag and an
ankle airbag assembly, configured to inflate synchronously to apply pressure to the dorsum of the foot and ankle, aiding in the
recovery of the sprained area. This invention enables flexible switching between cold and hot compresses, adapting to the
clinical nursing needs of different
rehabilitation stages of ankle sprains. Simultaneously, it can adaptively adjust the pressure according to the dynamic process of
foot swelling reduction and can achieve precise positioning of the bony prominences of the ankle joint, improving the comfort and fit of the brace.
