Abstract

The invention relates to a multifunctional composite film material and a production process thereof. The composite film material sequentially comprises an antibacterial fiber layer, a film layer, a functional particle layer and a non-woven fabric support layer from exterior to interior. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) unwinding and tiling the non-woven fabric support layer and performing dot glue spraying on the non-woven fabric; (2) uniformly dispersing the functional particle layer on the non-woven fabric support layer; (3) covering the functional particle layer with a hydrophobic and oleophobic film material; (4) mixing and stirring polyester or polymer polypropylene with an antibacterial material, and spinning on the surface of the film material through a melt blown process; and (5) fixing the non-woven fabric support layer, the functional particle layer, the film layer and the antibacterial fiber layer through an ultrasonic generation device. According to the invention, materials of different functions are combined into a whole in a layer-to-layer compounding manner, so that particulate matters and volatile organic compounds in air can be effectively removed.
