The method mainly comprises the following steps of: obtaining multiple pieces of experience feedback data in an experience feedback system; according to a pre-defined similarity rule, dividing the experience feedback data into a plurality of experience feedback data sets; according to the personal information of a user and design information related to the personal information, dividing the user into a plurality of groups; and according to the group to which the user belongs and a pre-defined data processing rule, screening and sorting the plurality of experience feedback data sets, and actively pushing the plurality of experience feedback data sets which rank first to the user. By use of the method, a binary relationship between the user and the experience feedback data is established, a specific similar relationship between the personal information and the design information of the user and the experience feedback data is used for mining the potential experience feedback data in which the user is interested, targeted recommendation is carried out, and the intelligent pushing of the experience feedback data is realized.
