Abstract

The invention relates to the field of rail vehicle wheel track force measurement and provides a novel instrumented wheelset continuous measurement method and a decoupling algorithm, for solving the problems of not high instrumented wheelset measurement precision, complicated bridge scheme, complex decoupling algorithm and the like. The method comprises the following steps: a rotation angle of an instrumented wheelset is measured by use of a first group of electric bridges composed of one axisymmetric measurement electric bridge which is arranged on an axis and outputs sine waves and another axisymmetric measurement electric bridge which is arranged on the axis and outputs cosine waves; a transverse force and a vertical force of wheel track effects and application point positions are measured by use of another three groups of measurement electric bridges which are arranged at the inner side of a web and only output odd harmonics; and decoupling calculation is performed by use of a kalman filtering method. The bridge scheme and the decoupling algorithm are simple, the measurement cost is low, and the accuracy is higher.
