Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention is described in further detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0028] figure 1 is the basic timing diagram of a pacemaker. Among them, AS means atrial sensing; AP means atrial pacing; VS means ventricular sensing; VP means ventricular pacing. The atrial event in interval I is AP. After the atrial pacing event AP occurs, the ventricular channel immediately starts the ventricular blank period PAVB after atrial pacing. At this time, the ventricle does not sense any electrical signal. After the end of PAVB, the ventricular channel enters the sensing period; The atrial event in interval II is AS, after which the ventricular channel enters the sensing phase immediately. If a ventricular sensing event occurs during the ventricular sensing period, it is considered a VS event and the AV interval ends. If no ventricular sensing event occurs during the sensing period, a ventricular pacing pulse VP is sent at the end of the set AV interval....

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for eliminating a high-frequency interference of an implantable cardiac pacemaker AV interval inner ventricle. After an atrial pacemaking event, a ventricular channel immediately starts a ventricular blanking period PAVB. During the period, the ventricle channel does not perceive any electric signals. In the invention, after the PAVB is ended, a segment of ventricle interference detection window is set; and in the window, the ventricular channel can perceive an input electric signal and a pacemaking time sequence is not influenced. If continuous high-frequency interference signals are generated in the ventricle channel and one interference signal can not be perceived by the ventricle because the signal is in the PAVB, the next interference signal may be in the set interference detection window, ventricle perception in the detection window is considered to be ventricle refractory period perception and refractory period extension is triggered. If the ventricle perception is detected in a refractory period of the extension, a new extended refractory period is immediately started. After an AV interval is ended, a ventricle pacemaking pulse VP is provided.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and relates to a method for eliminating high-frequency interference in the AV interval of an implanted cardiac pacemaker. 【Background technique】 [0002] A cardiac pacemaker is an electronic therapeutic device implanted in the body. It transmits electrical pulses to the contacted myocardium through wires and electrodes to excite and contract the heart, thereby achieving the purpose of treating cardiac dysfunction caused by certain arrhythmias. Since the first pacemaker was implanted in the human body, the pacemaker manufacturing technology and process have developed rapidly, and its functions have also become more and more perfect. The emergence of dual-chamber pacemakers can ensure the synchronous, sequential and coordinated contraction of the atrium and ventricle, and meet the needs of physiological pacing to the greatest extent. [0003] When the heart is working normally, the sinoa...
