The method comprises the steps that through forward continuous copying, data changes of a database on a production server are stored in a storage media server, and the storage media server stores the data changes and then distributes the data changes to corresponding disaster recovery servers; when the database on the production server cannot keep working, the disaster recovery servers will take over an original database system, data changes generated after the disaster recovery servers take over the original system are sent to the storage media server, and the storage media server stores the data changes; and when data is recovered to the production server during a recovery period, a backup control server can send the data changes generated after the disaster recover servers take over the original database system to the production server.
