Abstract

The invention discloses a vascular condition measuring device based on programmable control companding. The device comprises two flexible detection terminals with ultrasonic transmitting-receiving capacity, a pneumatic companding bag, a control module, a detection module and a speed regulation air pump, wherein the pneumatic companding bag is connected with the control module, the control module is connected with the speed regulation air pump, and the detection module is connected with the control module. Determined pressure is applied to different positions of the companding bag by program control, transmission characteristics of blood vessels at the application positions are changed, the transmission characteristics of the blood vessels between a cardiac muscle and a pulse detection point are identified by active detection and channel inversion for the cardiac muscle and pulse point fluctuation, the transmission characteristics of local blood vessels at the application positions are identified according to the transmission characteristics of the blood vessels before and after pressure application and channel cascade characteristics, and conditions such as elasticity, occlusion and vascular wall thickness of the local blood vessels can be judged by the aid of characteristic extraction and characteristic comparison.
