Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent ink supply device with a multi-protection function and an implementation method thereof. The intelligent ink supply device comprises a secondary ink box, an ink supply passage and a negative-pressure gas circuit. The ink supply passage and the negative-pressure gas circuit are both connected with the secondary ink box. The negative-pressure gas circuit comprises a vacuum pump, a flow limiting valve, a two-position five-port manual valve, a negative-pressure cavity, a negative-pressure meter and a negative-pressure box. The vacuum pump is connected to one end of the two-position five-port manual valve through the flow limiting valve. The other end of the two-position five-port manual valve is connected with the negative-pressure cavity, the negative-pressure meter and the negative-pressure box. The ink supply passage comprises an ink supply pump control device, an ink barrel and an ink supply pump. The ink supply pump control device and the ink barrel are connected with the ink supply pump. Through cooperative action of the three protection measures, the situation that an ink supply pump supplies ink continuously, accordingly, ink overflows, and a vacuum pump is damaged can be effectively prevented. Meanwhile, since the negative-pressure cavity is additionally formed, the buffer volume of negative pressure is increased, and the negative pressure is more stable.
