Abstract

A grifola frondosa bactericide and applications thereof in grifola frondosa production are disclosed. The bactericide includes following raw materials by weight: 10-15 parts of fragrant solomonseal rhizome, 2-6 parts of mulberry leaves, 1-5 parts of malt and 1-3 parts of milkvetch root. An applying method of the bactericide includes blending a conventional grifola frondosa cultivation material and the bactericide in a weight ratio of 1000:0.01-0.08, and bagging, sterilizing and inoculating the mixture. The bactericide can interdict chitinase transportation to endoplasmic reticulum, thus repressing chitinase synthesis and expression, inducing chitinase deactivation, achieving an objective of preventing trichoderma invasion and ensuring grifola frondosa yields and quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an edible fungus fungicide, in particular to a grifola frondosa fungicide and its application in the production of Grifola frondosa. Background technique [0002] At present, artificially cultivated Grifola frondosa is often infected by other infectious bacteria during the growth process, which hinders the growth and development of edible fungi and reduces the yield and quality. According to the different ways in which bacteria harm edible fungi, they can be divided into parasitic bacteria and competitive bacteria. Parasitic bacteria refer to fungi that can parasitize on the hyphae and fruit bodies of edible fungi and cause diseases of edible fungi. Common ones include verrucospora, verticillium, arbusculus, arbusculus, and fusarium. Competitive miscellaneous fungi refer to a type of harmful fungi that saprophyte on the compost, compete with edible fungi for nutrients, pollute the strains or inhibit the growth of edible fungi ...
