By designing the ejection auxiliary device, the ejected air flow forms an ejection flow which can entrain surrounding lampblack air flows together to flow to a smoke collecting cavity of the extractor hood, and meanwhile, the air pressure of the downstream of the air outlet device will be reduced to generate a pressure gradient so as to guide more lampblack air flow below to enter the ejection air flow. The ejection auxiliary device is arranged on the upstream of the air inlet of the extractor hood and is matched with a main draught fan in a draught fan hood, and the distance from the ejection auxiliary device to cookware and pan surfaces is shortened, so that the smoke drawing and controlling ability and the anti-interference ability are improved.
