According to the mobile terminal and the method for implementing live wallpaper, the wide-angle picture which is set as the wallpaper can be moved when the state of the mobile terminal changes, so that the live wallpaper effect is achieved, implementing mode of the live wallpaper is enriched, and users' personalized needs on the live wallpaper are met.
