Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated reagent group parallel treatment reaction device. The device comprises a negative pressure reactor, a reaction liquid charging device, a lotion charging device and a control system. The control system controls operation of the negative pressure reactor, the reaction liquid charging device and the lotion charging device to complete the parallel treatment and reaction of the integrated reagent group after addition of a sample before addition of a luminescent substrate liquid. The negative pressure reactor is used for transmembrane reaction of an integrated reagent with a film as a solid phase. The reaction liquid charging device is used for adding a specified amount of a reaction liquid into the reacting integrated reagent so that the reaction chamber wall and label film are washed and the reactants completely and fully react. The lotion charging device is used for parallel cleaning of the reacted integrated reagent. The device realizes combined reaction of any multi-index project group, greatly widens an instrument appropriate detection item range, and satisfies multi-index and multi-disease detection and diagnosis requirements.
